I have known jla for quite a few years now, and he has never before alleged that Hillary was a multiple murderer or been prone to kooky conspiracy theories. In my experience, he accepted that the Foster case was ruled a suicide. It is in the light of that that I am interpreting this. Knowing that jla can be prone to exaggerated statements when trying to get someone's goat, I think my interpretation is sound.
