Where is there Israeli talk of the Right of Return or if not that, financial retribution for the confiscated properties In other words "where is the Israeli talk of starting with something close to the Palestinians demands as their initial negotiating position. where is there discussion of removing the settlements in the WB. There has been plenty of talk about getting rid of some of the settlements. The exact boundaries would be developed through negotiation. Again why should Israel start the negotiations by coming close to capitulating without even having to wait for a Palestinian counter offer. Tim
