We all need Bush to flip-flop more. His policies have driven this country into a ditch.

When the right-wing say "flip-flop" it really just means being a moderate. They are trying to pigeon hole Kerry as a liberal, but the problem is all his policies are centrist. Therefore, they call him a flip-flopper just because he sees both sides of many issues, as most people do. It also makes Kerry much more of a unifier and bi-partisan president than Bush.
