No change,

The issue is whether the person whom the blob was attached to wanted that blob there or not.

Life begins at conception

Only if the egg and sperm were dead before conception.
Otherwise it is a continuation of previous life.

like I asked, if it's ok to throw a 23 week old blob of cells in the trashcan but it's murder to throw a 25 week old blob of cells in the trashcan, show me the change that has occurred between the two blobs.

There is a huge change. Do a google and read up on the fetus and the embryo. When they established the first trimester as the cut off, it wasn't some arbitrary date to appease the righties in this country.
