Oh, look, lawyer talk, what fun. You commented on Watson's nipple posts without disapproval, I should have said, so you couldn't quibble and call me a liar. Now I'll say it that way, since it's six of one and half a dozen of the other. Wouldn't that amaze everyone!) I'm glad that you've acknowledged that my statement didn't have to be interpreted as a lie, since there wasn't one. When you declared it was a lie, you assumed a fact not in evidence. But I am not calling you a liar for that, because I am more polite than you are. I assumed that your comment... which offered the reason for Watson's post without indicating any disapproval at all... implied a tacit approval. I now know that to a lawyer who was in the position in which you found yourself, that had deniability.
