Yes Bear our refining capacity is running at 96%, and no new refinery has been constructed in 30 years.
ACTUALLY they could ramp up their output. ( I sell to refineries)
I do not fear that fact though.
Why would Al Queda harm Saudi's facilities?
They're buds.
