Amy, Why bother? You won't answer my question, so I'll answer some more of yours. A retarded man was not murdered. A man convicted of murder was executed as punishment. Regarding the third trimester murder, I guess you havent been keeping up with the Lacy Peterson and her unborn child Conner murder trial. Accidental "murder" is covered under the involuntary manslaughter laws. Now Amy, if you daughter was pregnant, when does it become murder to abort her baby if she chooses? 24 weeks? Birth?
