I don't think any of the folks here know anything about prison clothing...much less the detail you are familiar with. Or maybe they just don't want to admit how they know? -g- Whereas, I've got a good explanation, my office is right across the street from the jail, and I pass through the corridor leading to the jail on my way to court. I see them so often it doesn't really register, no more than seeing a uniformed sheriff or going through a metal detector. But still, I don't watch Court TV or America's Most Wanted or stuff like that, but don't they have people in prison jumpsuits on TV? I heard on the news earlier in the week that something like 400,000 people are incarcerated just on drug charges alone.
