OK to most of that. I see the "Run up" as something beyond having plans drawn up to be prepared for war against an enemy nation. During the "run up" various levels of increased commitment existed for the US that did not exist for its strongest detractors, namely France and Germany. The detractors had socio-economic commitments that would be lost in the event of war, regardless of the justification for war. TP indicated that having plans was evidence of intent. I said it is simply wise to be prepared. "...maybe i'm just more perceptive than you? -new age sensitive guy" Uh...humble too. <sarcasm> New age sensitive guys enjoy bragging on there self percieved superiority??? Typical of the new age code speak I have noticed becoming the norm over the last 30 years... New age code for racism = States Rights New age code for killing a fetus = Family Planning, usually for peops that don't want a family. New age code for sensitivity = emasculate men and butch up women.
