My portfolio has been in a steady decline for reasons quite unfathomable to me on a fundamental basis- the three areas that i am concentrated in metals, biotech and lowprice story stocks have been really beaten up and interest rates should have little fundamental impact on any of these issues. I can only attribute this to some of kind of a panic and an absence of buyers. my own portfolio is only up about 3% for the year now, after being up almost 15%.
