Orca, you were fooled by politics. It was a lose lose question for Bush, so he chose not to answer it at that time. The purpose of the question was to create headlines against him. Unfortunately both candidates do the same thing when asked questions, they weigh the question and how it will affect them...John Kerry has done exactly the same thing.
