I was impressed today as sndk entered into the medical arena. Wonder what it will all mean. anybody have a clue.

Aus, good point about the shape of the device. I suppose the fact that the data is stored on the SD or miniSD cards would suggest that a flat shape is possible. On the other hand, one of the advantages of the Cruzer is that, like many recent peripherals, you just plug it in, without need for special driver software. And you never can tell--they might eventually make a Cruzer in the shape of a flat plastic card. Anyway, it appears they are close to an attractive, convenient method of carrying medical records, which could reduce health care costs and improve service as well.
