Well, one point is that the shell in question is not anything known to have been manufactured in Iraq. [Edit: strike that - FAS reports they may have experimented with the 155 mm dual shells. All the more reason to wait until the experts review it thoroughly.]

Rumsfeld, who is a person of integrity, isn't going to make any comments about the shell until it's been tested, neither about the contents, nor the provenance.

He doesn't like egg on his face, so he's not one to speculate wildly, which I admire.

Unlike Rumsfeld, I do speculate wildly, but when I do, I say that's what I am doing.
