The GOP smear campaign against war hero Kerry continues and will continue. In fact it's been going on since 1971 more or less and is really a big deal now. Starting with O'Neill who went to work for Nixon's dirty tricks expert Charles Colson (later arrested and sentenced to prison where he confessed his lies/sins and was Born Again) the slander against Kery is that he is somehow not a hero, or that his 1971 testimony somehow wasn't true or was directed against the fellow troops. That is like saying the guy who exposed the Baghdad prison tortures is not a hero and slandering the prison guards. Kerry's testimony clearly laid the blame on the top brass and Nixon White House. That is what this is really all about. Pure rightwing partisan politics. Everyone knows Kerry was a courageous hero, the real deal and has fought for veterans al his career. These turkey neck geeks are just big-time liars in suport of a chickenhawk draft-dodging rich kid AWOL Guardman who has slashed veterans benefits and sent us into another messy, foolhardy, poorly-planned war.
