Moore's rights to free speech are not violated by a company refusing to distribute a film because they object to the content. He has a right to say what he wants (both verbally and in his films) Disney has a right to distribute or not distribute what it wants.

They have no affirmative obligation to distribute it. In any case, censorship is an action by the government to proscribe the creation or distribution of writing, speech, or art. This does not remotely qualify.

Disney told him a year ago that they would not distribute it.
If the KKK made a film could they cry censorship if NPR won't distribute it?
