Lizzie, As I mentioned before, I am way too conservative to talk about Yahoo and Google valuation. However, if you want to value Yahoo using FCF, you could try to figure out why its FCF is so different from reported earnings and if this is a good thing or a bad thing. If you have not looked at 10-K's and 10-Q's and understood the numbers there, I don't see any value in looking at Goldman/Morgan/Meril predictions and estimations. How do you know they are doing something reasonable with the numbers? Jurgis
