It's not hard. 1) Someone dialed me (actually, 5 or 6 people filed multiple TOUs on c.horn and redfish yesterday, while Raymond was a fixture in the TOU complaint box); 2) Nobody filed TOUs on "CYBERKEN's" post; and 3) while offensive, it's posted on a thread which currently has special dispensation with regard to the TOU. I accidently deleted a (deserving) post from that thread the other day, and it processed for nearly 45 minutes. FWIW, when we switch to the new UI message removals will typically be done by setting a bit versus actual deletion, at which a reassessment of TOU enforcement becomes practical.
