I dunno Petz, Intel has still not announced consumer desktop 64-bit Prescott intentions. Just Nocona for UP/DP servers, and Prescott for UP servers and "workstations". It may be the same chip, but perhaps the power requirements go up in 64-bit mode, or the performance is lousy-- or maybe it's just the Osbourne thing making them not talk about it yet.

But remember, they just need to "turn it on" when the OS is ready. It's already "inside the chips." LOL!!!
