Any level of "censorship" that is only individuals or companies deciding what they wish to promote is very defensible.

Gieven the right wing's traditional fondness for repression

Moore is not being repressed in this situation. He is not facing abuse or being shut up by force, he can and does get his ideas out to the world.

As for "the right wing's" fondness for repression, the left is at least as fond of it.
