The first requirement is chaos, the second a call for strong leadership to end the chaos.

What's noteworthy is that none of the TOU violations cited had anything whatsoever to do with politics... it was solely his chosen means of presentation that was at issue.

The only time Raymond ran afoul of the TOU because of politics per se was when he spammed non-political threads with them.
