I looked at the gif and couldn't make out anything that even vaguely resembled what the author claimed. Agreed. The smoking gun is the orange coveralls. Yes, that is quite odd. In fact - and as I'd said - though I haven't seen the complete video yet, and won't offer anything but skepticism regarding the hysterical whining about 'anomalies' in the video until I have seen it...I do find it strange that a hostage would find his way into orange prison coveralls. Strange indeed. LPS5

I can't say that this wasn't doctored in any way, but the images on this website clearly show some sort of military person (looks like an American GI) in the right part of the frame for a few frames. His white ear is very clearly visible. Was it doctored? Perhaps it was. But, if it turns out to be a legitmate part of the Nick Berg video, what are we to conclude? propagandamatrix.com

The only object entering the frames appeared to be a hand, although the image quality is so poor even that is hard to determine. I watched the video itself a few times and I can see the hand, possibly a camera, but nothing else. Certainly no identifiable US insignia. > The smoking gun is the orange coveralls. That is a most extraordinary thing. I read a piece yesterday, can't remember where, which mentioned that the head-scarves were not put on in the correct manner for authentic Arabs. Apparently there is a special way which Arabs from various regions put on their scarves but those in the Berg incident merely wrapped them around their heads in a haphazard way. The skin color of the hands is also apparently too white for Arabs, they are too tall, and their posture has been commented on as being very "military".
