Yes it does, but who deserves the award more, the gunner, or the people on the ground, or the controller/officer that did not put together the fact that ground troops had already investigated the gun fire and found nothing out of the ordinary, and left???

Doesn't matter, we will pay for it one way or another.

Not bright on their part, but this part stinks:
