The US should make a rule that since Iraq belongs to it, there shall be no wedding celebrations henceforth! Btw, the same carnage could have happened even if they had done something as innocuous as bursting firecrackers, which is a fairly common way of celebrating happy events in those parts of the world... Once again, as in Vietnam, the US has made no attempt to understand the culture of the people that it wants to rule over. The British did a much better job when they had colonized India and other lands. And even THEY failed in Iraq. So there!
