Last I checked the shareholder gets to vote and it seems shareholders in general are starting to exercise those privileges. It is about time too. Management loses this one.

I think last year's vote
got knocked down by a very narrow margin.
Perhaps enough of the peons decided to vote this year.

If the board doesn't honor the vote and figures out a way to get around it
I'd hope all the funds and small SHs make another vote, with their feet.
