I want improved fuel economy and access to oil reserves within all encompassing boundaries of the USA and its possessions. This will help us better control cost. Pollution? The USA has for years led the way in reducing pollution. I give some of the credit to the environmental groups. The problem today is that they are unreasonable and the politicians of both parties are a whimping out. It will not change even if you get your wish for president.

dumbest kerry spirit,

While you are correct on fuel economy you and yours are blind to the other side of the equation. Reduced demand and at least maintained supply are equally critical to the solution.

Alas, when honest discussion is needed to define a national direction we have polarists like you and kerry to insure there is never a consensus - only an issue!

Also - the politician in the kerry monster has to be careful of the auto industry in Michigan and Ohio. Bettter mileage means more Hondas and Toyotas!
