Kenneth, you are confused. Democrats have spent too much money, as have the republicans. You are way out there on this one. Call Robert Byrd, one of the most prolific spenders of all time, he will help you learn what really goes on. Otherwise, your comment is just another one of your stupid lies. Think about it. What is it with you and AS? Democrats have not spent any money for the past 10 years. During that 10 years, the Republicans have totally controlled the House where all appropriations bills start.
