Kenneth, Both parties are guilty of spending too much money. It is clear that dems can use the Senate to stop any bill they choose. While I completely agree dubya has spent too much - he had a lot of cooperation in the effort.

And now - kerry has huge spending plans - all to be paid for by a tax hike on the rich - lol!
