Had to be a tongue and cheek way of describing what would be required to keep us from outsourcing to the East. Does any one know why the MSFT took a dump in the last hour yesterday. It was up .40 about noon and was red by the close. I know the market took a dump but it has been the experience that MSFT seems to hold up better ona down day of late. I am baffled what spooked the markets at 2-3 PM. JFD
