Can anyone tell me where all the money for Iraq (6-10 billion per month)is coming from

Force Republicans to pay it. They're the ones wanting this
war.

and what will be the long term affect of this on the American economy.

::::FLUSH::::: That pretty much sums it up.

There is a mad man in the Federal Reserve printing dollar bills day and night. That is where the money is coming from.

The long-term effect of this will be a decline in the value of the dollar and OPEC nations pricing oil in Euros. So, by rushing to war to prevent oil from being priced in Euros (which is the real reason why they invaded Iraq and which is why we will never get out of there) the current administration is actually hastening the process.

Another long-term effect will be the debt that we are piling up now will have to be paid by future taxpayers, i.e. our children, at the same time when the demographic trends will result in too many old people and too few young people in this country.
