I am sure you have been faced with the choices between two wrongs, have you? If so, how do you decide which fork in the road to take?

This is question I face many times at work. The answer is simple ; Face reality, face the facts, no emotion and chose for the less worse option.

Many people don't do this. There goal is a third option, the best but impossible one. They end up with empty hands, because they refuse to accept reality.

Chosing the 'less worse' option based on the facts in a 'crisis-situation' has become an important rule for me.

Regards,

Paul
