Yes, a mortar shell full of Sarin is not agricultural chemicals, it was, indeed, once upon a time, one weapon of mass destruction.

Last year a slew of empty gas shells was found, and it was determined that they were probably just mislaid. Maybe you weren't paying attention? At least one of them actually had some old mustard gas in it.

I don't believe they were in useable condition, maybe that's why nobody decided that Bush was saved.

But it's getting closer to the election, and I guess people are getting desperate.
