I probably should have bought something new and that would have made my wife happier, but I wanted a 4x4 convertible with a lot of tow capacity. My Scout is going to be a real gas hog, but I've got a little Honda to run errands in. A lot of the after-market stuff for the Scouts are GM. My rear disk brakes are from an '85 Eldorado. If you go with the hybrid, I don't think you will regret it. You will get both the fuel savings now and the extra trade-in value later. What color do you want to get? * * *
