No, it is kind of a question answer sesssion where a sitting PM has to answer questions or make speeches/comments. I am sure you have seen on TV, Tony Blair do that in British parliament. You need to know the facts and be able to answer, dodge, spin and do all that kind of dirty stuff :-)
