Jake, as far as I am aware, there is no such thing as Bush's Tax Code. The current version is known as the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (Title 26, U.S.C.). Yes, it's been amended periodically, but that doesn't make it Bush's Tax Code.

(BTW, I always thought it was Congress that enacted laws, not the executive???).
