Has it become so commonplace that news reporters no longer bother to identify the speakers? That's very interesting. I don't listen to the radio. They don't fail to identify speakers on TV, I don' think. They have those ubiquitous runners on the bottom of the screen if they don't actually vocalize the identity. But I will watch for it now that you call my attention to it. Re the Gaza story, I was struck by the mention in a story about the poor, abused Palestinians that these kids were having "fun" harassing a lame ostrich.
