We already have seen enough gotcha moments to fill up political ads till November. But I don't think you have to worry, because unlike the republicans who have been running negative sound bite ads Democrats have taken the high road and stayed positive.

Now if the shoe was on the other foot, Rove would probably have a commercial with Bush saying "Bring it on" followed by some shots of flag draped coffins...or standing under a banner placed by the administration saying "Mission Accomplished".

Nope you guys keep worrying about the sound bites. Maybe that is why Bush has not had very many press conferences...afraid of stepping on his tongue.

I think that the press and the country are looking for answers. We can all see that things have been going badly. We all know that mistakes have been made. Bush said he's confident he has made mistakes. But when you make a mistake, you need to learn from those mistakes, and adjust policy accordingly. This administration has a policy of plodding forward even after mistakes are acknowledged by most of America.
