I do, and that is a good point.

The test for me is whether the change of mind is the result of new and better information, changes in the circumstance, maturation...or the result of pressure from some entity or group, especially while trafficing the campaign trail.

Bush flip flops more than Kerry and it is the only character trait that makes him look like he may occasionally think.
