People are sick of hearing about it for sure. But it isn't just going to go away. The media keeps publishing because people are gluttonously devouring every tidbit. So, both things are true, we are sick of it, and we can't turn away from it.

Why? It is unresolved that's why. We as a liberty loving people can't allow brutal injustice to return to the region we have taken responsibility over...And we can't be the brutal invaders that force our agenda on people that don't want it.

What is a solution we can live with? A government plan...any plan that recognizes the autonomy of the Iraqi people individually and as a whole.

I have only seen two types of proposals so far. 1) A US or UN backed coalition democracy. Or 2) Most powerful war lord/charismatic leader takes over in a coup. That is how the Taliban started. They were very successful until we stepped in. That is the kind of thing we can expect to see if we just walk out. Much quicker and much more organized than the Taliban however. In this case, I believe we will be battling a much more powerful enemy withing a few years. Very few.

If there are more than these 2 possibilities I would like to see them.

I only see the two. Neither is easy or comes with peace and harmony as a side effect. Wouldn't it be nice if it could all just go away? I'd vote for that.
