Gordon, When I came to this country I complained to my advisor in grad school that India is always projected in negative light by the media to the extent that many people could see it through a prism of say land of snake charmers, poor and hungry people, Ish was under the impression that there were poor people who waited for a cow to die before it's meat was eaten etc etc. Reporting is never fair to everyone. It is our ability to glean the good and the bad from those reporting. IMO, you are desperately trying to find nuggets of good news where as there is lot of bad news without having to look hard. Case in point is the following news and to me this is going to have demoralizing affect on administration. msnbc.msn.com
