Same thing with my neighbor's daughter. She has Downs and after the school gave up on her, her mother worked with her. She can run a cash register and will do any job. Really great with computers, she kind of melds with them.

My daughter tells these stories, Mike. Multiples. And the more interesting involve these incredible innovative ways she and her colleagues come up with to get the kids to learn and deal with other kids.

It's enormously stressful and rewarding.

But there are failures as well. So it can get quite depressing as well.
