You have a strong will and some guts to have kicked that way. And good common sense to have nipped it in the bud! I don't think most people would have recognized the addiction so early on. What is your source for the story that Rush sent his maid out for drugs? I've a hunch that will turn out to be tabloid trash. I remember his comments about Jerry Garcia's death. I cringed a little when he made them. I'm sure he'd love to be able to go back and revise those remarks. But he has to live with them and I will bet he makes an effort to rectify things like that in the time to come. He will if he is serious about his recovery. I do not think he is looking for any sympathy...
