Why didn't you say the FED shouldn't fiddle with interest rates on the way down to making money really "easy" which indirectly resulted in higher oil prices.

Something else that might be interesting to you.
The price of oil in 1980 during the Iran spike was $78/barrel in todays dollars. Maybe we have a long way to go to really effect the economy.
