First of all, that was not directed to you. So, I don't know who "we" and "us" are. "We" are the customers of this company. The paying clients of SI who populate its myriad threads. Was that in any way unclear? That you should even ask this question, not to mention the manner in which you have written this and the rest of your post, shows the validity of the concerns I have voiced regarding the "customer service" we are presented with around here. ("We" is still "SI customers") I believe I have responded to all if not most of your TOU reports No you have not responded to all my TOU reports. I have clarified and supported my comments to the member to whom that response was directed (...) It's up to Michelino to either confirm, deny, or remain silent on that matter If Michelino is less confused about your role in SI administration, good for him. I am not. Are you going to help another SI member (me) as well, or is it that now that you have answered Michelino, that's it, and the rest of us now cannot ask any questions? Zonder, I have been more open, public, and timely in responding to requests and explaining my actions than any past admin on this site Good for you. Still, that does NOT answer my question why some of the foul-mouthed SI people who have insulted myself and others in some graphic and vile statements are still around. Not only on GWB, by the way, although I cannot understand why that thread is to be free of TOU restrictions of the rest of the site, not to mention of civil human conduct in general. So, in my opinion, what you are considering to be lack of explanation and lack of responsiveness really amounts to lack of agreement with those explanations and responses. The fact is that you have NOT answered some of my mails re TOU violations. You have also not answered some replies to your posts on SI threads regarding administration matters, but could be seen typing away on technology and political matters on other threads at the very moment, which seemed to interest you more. Those point to neglect, or at least, indifference, and have nothing to do with what I personally think or agree with. Besides, your "opinion" of why I might be asking for an explanation of your biased banning practices (i.e. "you don't agree with us"), is not only quite uninvited (I asked for clarification of policy, not for an amateur psychoanalysis) but also demonstrably wrong - I do agree that people violating TOU should be banned. I do feel that TOU regulations should be enforced for a more civil environment. A glance at my posting history will show you that I believe in civil conduct. What I find difficult to understand is why some violators are banned for life at the speed of light and others still roam the threads on SI spewing graphic sexual insults to anyone they don't agree with. You might be the best SI admin in history and all that, but you are yet to answer that question. Maybe in your next response. This time, hopefully, with less bile and more of a smile and attention that the phrase "customer service" is supposed to be associated with.
