It's especially sad that the thousands of brave, dedicated men and women in the armed forces have to see all they worked to achieve as professional soldiers besmirched by this gutter behavior. If nothing else, I hope history looks back at Shrub's term of office and laments what happened when US leaders abandoned US ideals and accountability in a futile search for "security" at any cost. We are paying a very high cost indeed - our integrity and standing as a world leader.
