XTRN - it just means that the plan is going forward, which is good. The stock hasn't traded since so it's not unexpected. Those who are in this one know the story. It's not going to be traded significantly.

The PR says the plan is going forward. More importantly to me, is that it continues a paper trail that says that management is going to be fair here. The biggest risk IMO in these type of things is that management tries to screw shareholders, thinking that shareholders will go away.

In this case, they have announced their plans and have been even more explicit as times goes along rather than using wishy washy words. This PR says, in essennce, that they have cut their expenses (other than contractual obligations) almost to nothing, that they are going to take some time and try to come up with a deal that creates value for s/h's. If that doesn't work, s/h's get cash of about .21 AND remaining interest in the shell (and maybe tax loss carry forward).

IMO - company is worth .25 worst case and if they get a great merger, who knows? If they give us something less than that, then they probably open themselves to issues. Any deal will need an opinion that going forward gives more to shareholders than outright distribution.

Take care - RR

PS - look at SEHO as a ratdog pick - high of .74, down to .26 based on debt overhang and delayed filling. I spoke with company and don't believe these are going to be real problems.
