"Doctor shopping" (to get more strong drugs to abuse) is a crime. If he's charged with anything, that will probably be the charge.

ROTFLOL... In the engineering profession a person is guilty of nothing until they are tried and convicted.

It seems Mr. Allen really really really has some weird ideas about when the decision a person has committed a crimes is rendered.

Is someone an embarrassment to the legal profession.
