CB, are you deliberately missing the point? Is this a defense mechanism? These measures have nothing whatsoever to do with revenge. Revenge is about they past. These measures are about the future. They have to do with winning the war. No more, no less. At some point, rational and civilized people begin to weigh into their decision the fact that letting genocidal terrorists win and kill them off, is not a moral decision and should not be defended as a moral decision..
