Those payments were official U.S. policy, initiated by the Clinton administration. It has no bearing on Bush's honesty whatsoever.

I see......because Clinton did it, its alright that Bush did it. BTW did Clinton pay Chalabi any of the $33 million or was that just Bush's doing......not that it really matters because you see Clinton did it first so it doesn't really matter how much of our money Bush blew out his butt.
