It's funny how Orca was willing to immediately blame the US
for failures in the UN, but isn't willing to at least be
open-minded about fault or duplicity on the part of UN officials or leaders of France and Germany.

It takes the notion of double standards to an extreme.

The oil for food scandal is unfolding. Those that committed crimes will be punished. But to suggest that the reason that most nations voted against the war in Iraq was a cover for their participation in an oil for food scam is simple unfounded screeching.

If you are going to say that then you need to state who, where, when and how much. On this one provide evidence and links, please no Newsmax. Verifiable facts please.

This scandal is bad for the UN, just as the scandal that Halliburton was over charging for some items in their no bid contracts was bad for this administration.

Does it mean that the US or the UN should be tossed in the trash? No!
