Who was involved and how high it went are the questions now.

Those are very large questions now aren't they?

For your conspiracy theory to be true, ie France voted against the war in Iraq because they were on the take in the oil for food scam, then those large questions, to which you have no answers need to answered first.

We need those answers before any conclusions can be made...until then it's a conspiracy theory.
